Parking lot striping and ADA accessible parking

Fresh striping is the fastest way to make a lot look cared for, and it does a lot more than look good. Clear stalls fit more cars, arrows and stop bars keep traffic moving in the direction you want, and properly marked accessible spaces help keep your property in line with ADA requirements.

We restripe existing layouts and lay out new ones after paving or sealcoating. For a new layout we measure the lot, plan stall widths and drive aisles, and mark the accessible spaces and access aisles where they belong in relation to your entrances. We paint fire lanes, crosswalks, loading zones, numbers and custom stencils, and we can stripe basketball courts and playgrounds.

Our current site says we use latex traffic paint and have striped large retail properties including the Mall St. Matthews, Oxmoor and River Falls Mall. For high-wear spots like crosswalks and stop bars, thermoplastic markings cost more up front but can last much longer than paint.

ADA rules change and every site is different, so we will walk through what your lot has now and what it may need, including the number of accessible stalls, van-accessible spaces, signage and slopes. If concrete ramps or curb cuts are part of the fix, our concrete crew handles that too.

Busy lots usually need it every one to three years. We also restripe after every sealcoat, since sealer covers the old lines.
