We collect the information you give us when you request an estimate, sign a contract, or contact us. That includes your name, company, mailing and job site address, email address, phone and mobile number, and details about the work you want done. We may also keep photos of the job site and records of estimates, invoices and payments.
We use it to prepare and send estimates, schedule and perform work, communicate about your job, send invoices and payment reminders, and keep business and tax records.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, American Group may send you text messages about your estimate, job scheduling, weather delays, crew arrival, invoices and payments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (502) 586-5899. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming it.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text messaging opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our text messaging platform) that deliver messages on our behalf.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example accounting, payment processing, email and text messaging providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our legal and tax obligations.
